Case Study: A New Model for Managing Discovery
More corporations are taking steps to curb out of control legal costs by transforming the traditional process for managing legal departments. The task of document review is usually the most time consuming and costly of all the core electronic discovery tasks with reviewer staffing costs typically being at least eight times greater than the cost of analytics and processing phases. With review time and cost challenges in mind, it is critical to see, understand, and maximize reviewer performance in order to quantitatively and qualitatively impact the conduct of the review. This session will provide an in-depth analysis of how discovery teams are changing how they manage review teams to increase efficiency and achieve significant cost savings.

Presented by Applied Discovery: James Rhett Brigman, Esq. and Larry “Bud” Conner, Esq.
