The ABA has implemented a standard Meeting Cancellation Policy.
Live In-Person Meetings
- Cancellation Deadline: Cancellations must be received in writing no later than Monday, June 1, 2009, after that date people can substitute individuals.
- Cancellation Fee: The Second ABA National Conference on the Employment of Lawyers with Disabilities cancellation fee is $50.
- Paid “no shows”: Paid no shows will receive the materials, minus the CLE certification. They will not receive a refund.
