CLE Credit 


Accreditation is requested for this program from every state with MCLE requirements. Lawyers seeking credit in Pennsylvania and Louisiana must submit a certificate and pay fees directly to those states. Based on a 60-minute hour scale, it is anticipated that participants of the basic trial program will receive 44.25 hours of credit and one hour of ethics. Attendees of the advanced program may earn 26.08 hours of credit.

California and Florida Attorneys: The ABA/NITA Family Law TAI courses (basic/advanced) count towards certification in marital and family law specialization.

 

 NASBA/CPE

The American Bar Association is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit.
