Program Location

The site of the program is the Conference Center of the Pepco Holdings headquarters at 701 Ninth Street, NW, Washington, D.C. 20004.

We have not reserved a block of hotel rooms, however, there are a few hotels within walking distance to Pepco Holdings:

Early Registration
We request that all registrations be made in advance by completing the attached form and mail, fax or email it with your payment (checks payable to the American Bar Association) to the ABA Section of Public Utility, Communications and Transportation Law, 321 North Clark Street, Chicago, IL 60654.  

The deadline for receipt of advance registrations is February 25, 2011.  Conference registrations will only be accepted when accompanied by a credit card or check.  Registrations can be held without payment.

On-Site Registration
On-site registration is available to those persons who missed the February 25, registration deadline.  If you plan to register at the door, you must call 312/988-6238 by Friday, March 4, to confirm that space is available.  On-site registrations will only be accepted when accompanied by a check or credit card.

Registration Confirmation
In order to be listed in the pre-registration list distributed at the program, registrations must be received by February 25, 2011.  If you do not receive a written confirmation by March 1, please call 312/988-6238 to verify that your registration form was received. 

Cancellation Policy
Registrants who are unable to attend the conference will receive a refund less a $50 administrative fee if a written cancellation is received by February 25, 2011.  Cancellations must be in writing and may be faxed to Monica Herrera at 312/988-5572.  Substitutions are accepted.

No refunds will be granted after February 25.

The ABA reserves the right to cancel any programs and assumes no responsibility for personal expenses.

CLE Credit
CLE accreditation has been requested for this program from every state with mandatory CLE requirements.  Please be aware that each state has its own rules and regulations, including its definition of “CLE”.  Check with your state agency for confirmation of this program’s approval.
