ONLINE REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS: Scroll below to the Register Online button. You will be asked to select "Register" several times. You will then see the list below, and you must choose only ONE of these options.
Choose "Indiv Prog Only" if you would like to register for one or two CLE sessions. Continue to the next screen and you will see a list of all of the individual sessions. Although each of the sessions already has a "1" in the quantity field, it will not be selected until you click ADD. Choose the sessions you prefer, including the Lunch or Dinner options and proceed to checkout.
Choose "Passport" if you wish to attend all of the CLE sessions. Continue to the next screen and you will be given the opportunity to add the Lunch or Dinner options.
Register by email or Fax, by selecting the Conference Brochure above and printing the registration form.
