Welcome to the 2009 Spring Meeting Scheduler. Make sure you are logged on to the ABA website (look in the upper right hand corner for your login status).  The program will not function if you are not logged in.
 
There are three options found in the MEETING NAVIGATION box in the top right.
    1.  Meeting Overview will show you all events in the Schedule-at-a-Glance on this page (below)
    2.  Schedule will show only committee and subcommittee meetings
    3.  CLE Events will show only CLE programs

From any of these listings, click on any event of interest.  Once the event opens, if you wish to add it to your calendar, click the Export Event option in the bar above the event title.

When the export event dialog box opens click “Open” to see the event in your calendar. 

Once the event opens in your calendar, save the event and close your calendar to return to the event screen in the scheduler program.

Click the “Close” button above the event title to return to the main schedule.

Repeat this process for as many events as you wish.
