*On or Before October 16........................100% Refund minus $50 administrative fee
**After October 16 .....................................No Refund
*"Day of Cancellation" is the day the cancellation is received, by telephone or in writing, by the ABA. It is calculated based on ABA business days remaining before the National Institute presentation for which registered.
** No refund will be made for cancellations received after this time (October 17th); written confirmation of refund requests must be received within 14 days following the National Institute presentation. Substitute registrants are welcome.
