Hyatt Regency Cancellation Policy: Individuals with guaranteed reservations must cancel their reservations by 48 hours on the scheduled day of arrival to avoid a one-night cancellation charge.
The Hyatt Regency is sold out of rooms on the night of Tuesday, April 17th. The Section has secured a limited block of rooms at the Virginian Suites Hotel in Arlington, VA for Tuesday and Wednesday nights, April 17-18th. The room rate is $189 and includes breakfast, shuttle transportation to and from the Hyatt (one round trip daily), and other complimentary amenities. The shuttle will depart at 7:00 AM from the Virginian Suites and 6:30 PM from the Hyatt Regency (departure times subject to change). Shuttle service to the Rosslyn Metro Station is also available.
