ABA live webinars and teleconferences ordinarily receive CLE receive credit in Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Guam, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Virgin Islands, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.
The following states do not accredit ABA live webinars and teleconferences: Delaware, Indiana, Kansas, Nebraska, New Jersey, Ohio, and Pennsylvania.
Special rules apply to lawyers from the following state:
New York: This non-transitional CLE program is approved for experienced NY attorneys in accordance with the requirements of the New York State CLE Board for 2 New York CLE credits. Newly admitted attorneys may not earn New York credit for this non-transitional CLE program.
