For example, if you want to find all the Directory programs in Illinois that target African-American high school students, you would click on "ILLINOIS," and 'TARGETED STUDENTS: AFRICAN-AMERICAN" and "EDUCATION LEVEL: HIGH SCHOOL," and click "Submit."
