All room rates are subject to city occupancy and sales tax, and unclaimed rooms will be released on October 26, 2009, after which the hotel will accept reservations on a space-available basis only. Cancellations or modifications must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled day of arrival to avoid a one-night cancellation charge.
